I would recommend Cranney home services to everybody. They were fantastic. Scott came and assessed the situation and then within 2 days they came back and completed the job in 1 day. Scott and his guys were fantastic. The price was perfect, it didn't break the bank. I will use them again in the future and I would recommend them to everybody.

We needed our outside motion detector light replaced because outdoor fixtures and salt air aren’t friends. We scheduled service with Cranney, and an electrician named Alex came, got right to work, double checked everything, and helped us out by identifying the breaker it was on (I had no clue) for future reference. He even took away the old fixture and box. Cranney in general provides efficient and friendly service, which is why we use them. Today was no exception!

I needed an emergency visit on a Saturday. Cranney was able to send an electrician on short notice, even though I am a new customer. He was very professional and was able to help sort out my issues. Communication with the staff was excellent. I am so glad I called!

Cranny gave me an appointment for service the same week I first called. Electrician explained what would be done and the cost. They came soon after and did the work. Very professional. Neat and pleasant. I will use them again. I was delighted with them.

Ryan was our plumber today at my mom’s house. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, polite, respectful, and professional. We cannot say enough about the experience today. He explained everything first and showed us each step along the way. He also respected the house and left everything as he found it and cleaned up after the job. My Mom was so happy and extremely satisfied. We would ask for Ryan again for any future plumbing needs.

The kitchen sink installation project was a challenging task, but with the help of Marcus, Alicia, and Glenn, it was a success! Marcus, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in solving the issue of the wrong size sink. Alicia, the office manager, was also very helpful in getting the project sorted out. Finally, Glenn, the plumbing manager, provided the guidance and expertise that was needed to get the problem resolved. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing or kitchen sink installation project; they are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Per the technicians, the installation of our new furnace was one of the most difficult they had encountered. It was contained in a closet with little space to operate. The Cranny team did an excellent job. The installation, although difficult, went reasonably well. With an installation time estimate of 8 hours it took almost 9 hours. They were polite and kept us updated on their progress. The other trades, plumbing and electrical, showed up on time and worked efficiently. The techs cleaned the entire area when they finished. We couldn't be more pleased.

Very professional company and local. I liked the technicians that showed up. Great introduction as I signed up to become an annual member for electrical and heat. They were very knowledgeable, explained things well that I didn’t understand along w giving us a comfort level of safety to be in my home.

I called Cranney about a heating problem I was having. They sent out a technician, Anthony, the following day. He was absolutely excellent, very thorough, polite, and professional. He diagnosed the problem and needed to order the part. Today, Dante arrived with the new motor ready to install. He also was awesome…friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I now have heat after 2 days without. I would recommend this company 100%. I took a chance based on the reviews I saw online and totally made the right decision.
