I emailed you to thank you and your staff for such wonderful work as the men were talking and estimating our project, about a week or two ago. Now, today, the job is finished! We now are the proud owners of:

An On Demand Water Heater
A new Honeywell 6000 Programmable thermostat
As well as becoming Service partners!!
We cannot thank you and your great contingent of workers that made all this happen. From our initial contact with Diane and Ashley, who were both so accommodating and helpful, to the technicians – Nick, Tom and Buddy, who were absolutely so knowledgeable about each and every aspect of the job. They all could not have been nicer!!
Nick, our initial customer contact, went through this home with a ‘fine tooth comb’ letting us know his suggestions. After getting to know Nick, we decided to do what ever he thought best!! And then we were privileged to meet Tom and Buddy! These three guys work so well together – it was indeed a pleasure to come in contact with people who knew so much about their jobs! As they went along, my wife had numerous questions, and they answered each question with such ease and knowledge. How very fortunate you are to have such able, knowledgeable and loyal employees. I want you to know how grateful we are and to thank you and your staff for all they have done to make this house more comfortable!
We now are Cranney customers for life-and will recommend your services to all friends and colleagues at Salem State College as well as the greater Swampscott community.
