I contacted your company for assistance with an A/C unit that was not functioning properly. The technician you dispatched to my home, Jason Moorse, not only fixed the problem but he also went above and beyond what I feel his responsibilities were. Once he had determined the problem, and made the necessary repairs, he took the time to check my second A/C unit prior to leaving. It was at this time that he found a serious issue with the second unit that would have resulted in me having to replace the entire motor; he helped me fix this issue in which prevented any further damage. I would estimate that Jason spent an additional 20-30 minutes educating me about this unit and what I would need to do to make sure I did not have any serious problems with it. Jason was extremely informative and showed the utmost professionalism the entire time he was in my home.

Nick, our initial customer contact, went through this home with a ‘fine tooth comb’ letting us know his suggestions. After getting to know Nick, we decided to do what ever he thought best!! The service technician, Jason, needed to make multiple trips in order to resolve an issue with one of my air conditioning units. Throughout the process, Jason was friendly, professional and persistent.
